    Cunningham Center Wedding Reception Package – Call for Pricing

    Memorable weddings don’t just happen; they require the most elegant setting, a romantic ambience and meticulous planning down to the last important detail. The experts at the Cunningham Center can assist you in planning a beautiful wedding reception. When you plan your reception at the Cunningham Center, you have the promise of personal attention from our event planning professionals, along with services that are dedicated to your every wish and whim. The facility can accommodate receptions up to 450 people (300 seated). The result: you’ll forever savor fond memories of your wedding celebration as a joyful occasion shared with family and friends.     Description:

    • Eight consecutive hour rental hour rental of Blanchard Hall, Foyer, and Buntin Terrace between hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 midnight on the day of the event.
    • Rental time includes access for decorating, musician setup and breakdown, and removal of personal items associated with the event.
    • Use of Baby Grand piano
    • Computer / Projector/ Screen
    • Setup and cleaning fees
    • Complimentary gift basket

    Additional fees:

    • Hours in excess of the eight hour package are invoiced at $325 per hour
    • $200 surcharge fee for room access after midnight
    • Cost of damages to the facility or grounds due to inappropriate behavior of a guest or vendor
    • $125 tuning fee if piano is relocated from Banquet Hall foyer area

    Client is permitted to bring in or have delivered by vendors the following items:

    • Wedding Cake and/or Groom’s Cake
    • Decorations and Flowers – must be set one hour prior to event. Clearing of decorating or floral debris is the responsibility of the respective vendor.
    • Dance floor / Music / DJ / Band – must have their own sound system
    • Table Linens (May also be arranged through Classic Fare Catering)

    Conditions:

    • Classic Fare Catering is the Cunningham Center’s exclusive caterer for food, beverage, and alcohol.
    • A planning meeting with the Cunningham Center facility manager and the bride, florist, catering manager, decorators, and other wedding vendors is required prior to the event.
    • Bride must communicate the names and contact information for all vendors associated with the reception at least two weeks prior to reception.
    • If alcohol is present at an event, heavy hors d’oeuvres or a meal are required, and a CSU police officer will be scheduled at a rate of $35 per hour.
    • Bubbles or flower petals are acceptable for departure of the wedding couple. Silly String, birdseed, rice, and sparklers are prohibited.
